Kids praising?

I did this a lot when I new in faith, but I did not know this mess has gotten into our children now. I should not be surprised. Some would consider this awesome praiise and I am not going to argue with your belief. If you think that this is:

Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
(Psalms 8:2)

Please examine the scripture in it's whole context and see if it lines up with our conduct in 1 Corinthians 14. Help me understand this biblically.
