The Destruction of the Male

The Destruction of the Male

And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive. (Exodus 1:22)

It is so prevalent in our American society now, men acting as women; even women acting like men.  The very roles of amen, biblical men at that, are being attacked by the post-modernist, liberals and others today.  Women are now more loud, demanding and aggressive; they seem to be the go getters in relationships.  I become frustrated when being in a restaurant and seeing the ‘punk of man’ sitting quietly as his wife/woman orders the meal for him, complains to the waitress for him: seemingly women are being placed in roles where the man is becoming more passive and laid back on his duties.  Am I saying a woman cannot order a meal? No, I am pointing out the diminishing role of the man in this society, and how truly this is a biblical characteristic of how any enemy destroys the family structure.  How doe he do this, he destroys the male.

A Personal Look

I am an only child which my wife can attest to how very passive I grew up.  My mother was the head of our household as my father stayed quiet, rarely speaking up.  In fact, the Lord works with me today to rid me of such influence that passiveness had on my thinking.  My dad let my mom do pretty much anything she wished.  My father was a kind man, but when he was ticked off by my mother, he would act emotionally weird.  He would get huffy and puffy, and not talk for long periods of time.  He would almost emotionally shut down.  He rarely advised my mom or protected her from things by just speaking up.  He would sit there quiet and say nothing.  I quickly learned this, and would shut down when getting involved with aggressive women.  A fear would rise up in me.  I use to be the brother in the restaurant allowing the woman to speak for me, allowing momma to do everything for me, instead of growing up and being a man.  I had become a victim of society’s devastating attack on the male population.

Destroying the male influence
Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph. And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel [are] more and mightier than we: Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and [so] get them up out of the land. (Exodus 1:8-10)

In this text, a new king arose in the land of Egypt (Acts 7:18), and this king had not experienced the Godly influence of Joseph (a man) nor Jacob (a man).  Joseph and Jacob kept strong to the Word of God (which at that time they had no written Word) which said:

And God said unto him, Thy name [is] Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel. And God said unto him, I [am] God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins; (Genesis 35:10-11)

This command was passed down we see in texts such as Genesis 9:1, 28:3, 35:11 and so on.  But the knew king knew not Joseph (a man), so he devised a plan were he attempted two times to annihilate the male population of Israelites.  Why?  You annihilate the males then they cannot have sexual relations with their wives to produce a Hebrew race.  Also you annihilate the males, there are no males left once the others die out to protect the women and children from their oppressors take over. Kill the male, you kill the family structure and influence.  Destroy the male, you destroy the female and her children.  You see it.  Herod did the same thing in a rage to destroy the Messiah:

Then when Herod saw that he had been tricked by the magi, he became very enraged, and sent and slew all the male children who were in Bethlehem and all its vicinity, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the magi. (Matthew 2:16 NASB)

The Plan is still alive
Today, the male is being destroyed in many ways.  We have women raising young males on their own with no assistance or protection from men in their life.  With so many images portrayed on television; men are being enticed by wanting sex from multiple women as the women dress in skimpy clothes on the tube.  Males then look at the television drooling with anxiety to have a woman like that.  The wife rejects him for sex, and he goes looking for someone to play with.  Why?  This type of action attacks the foundation of the family.  Then man finds himself a new woman, and leaves his wife and children: mission accomplished.

Another example is the homosexual, metro-sexual (men in touch with their feminine side) destroying agent.  Men get their nails and feet done more than women, shop like women, and some even carry purses like one.  The male is being silenced and told he needs to depend on his mother for everything.  Don’t get me started on these same agents that are prevalent in Tyler Perry movies. Men are being taught not to act like men when the bible says otherwise:

Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. (1 Corinthians 16:13)

Men are being destroyed and Christian men are in the frontlines of this attack as well.  Let the women rule, let them be pastor-teachers over men (1 Timothy 2:12-14, Ephesians 4:11- Pastor-Teacher is a male noun), which scripture forbids.  If a man stands on God’s Word about this he is challenged and labeled a chauvinist, or he is told those verses were for that culture of time, when they miss the whole fact that God designed the man to protect females, not be abusive towards them.  That’s not cultural, that is biblical.

What do we do?
Brothers and sisters together need to stand in the Word of God alone, in Jesus Christ alone.  No matter what they society dictates as culturally acceptable, you stand on God’s Word.  God has ordained men to be strong and women to be helpers, as with this the family stays strong and together.  Children are then produced and raised in the Word of God.  That’s exactly what the Israelites did in Egypt.  Look and see:

But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were grieved because of the children of Israel.  (Exodus 1:12)

As the male is being attacked, as he is being feminized by the world, stay strong in the Word of God brothers and sisters.  Let Christ through the scriptures define your role as a Christian, not experiences or what you are confused about etc.  Sola Scriptura, stay in the Word my friends.

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (John 17:17)
